About

A local service for owners who are somewhere else.

Flagler Property Watch is based in Palm Coast and run by its owner. We do one thing carefully: record the outside of your property from the street on the day you choose, and put it where you can find it.

Why this exists

A large share of the homes in Flagler County belong to people who are elsewhere for part of the year: seasonal residents, owners of a second home, families managing a relative's house, buyers waiting to move. They all want to know what the place looks like right now. A neighbor may not be around, and a video call never shows the roof line. A photo visit gives you a timestamped set of pictures instead.

How we work

  • How we visit

Every photograph is taken from the public street and sidewalk

  • Reviewed first

Every photo is reviewed before it is delivered

  • One account

Your photos live in a secure account, visit after visit

  • Pay per visit

Pay per visit, with no minimum

A visit is a photographic record of the exterior. It is not a home inspection, an appraisal, or a security or patrol service.
